Cloud Sensitial places contract cloud engineers and cybersecurity specialists with teams in the UK and US. We only work in those two areas, so the people you speak to understand the roles they are filling.

What we do

We help companies add hands-on technical people quickly, without a long permanent hiring process. Most of our work falls into three areas:

Contract Azure and cloud engineers for migrations, landing zones and platform work.
Cybersecurity specialists, including SOC analysts, security engineers and incident responders.
SOC-as-a-Service: analyst cover for the hours your own team can't staff.

Why we only do two things

Generalist agencies tend to match on keywords: "Azure" on the CV, "Azure" in the job spec. That is how teams end up with someone who knows the portal but has never run a production migration or worked a live incident.

By staying focused on cloud and security, we can look at what a candidate has actually built or handled, and match that to the stack and the problem you have.

How we work

Brief. A short call about the role, your tools and your timeline. No long forms.
Source. We look across UK, US and international talent pools, depending on how many hours of overlap you need and your budget.
Screen. Candidates are checked against your actual requirements before you see them.
Place. We agree the right contract set-up for the UK, the US or overseas, and explain it in plain English before anything is signed.

Where we work

We are a remote-first business serving clients in the UK and the US. Our engineers are based in the UK, the US and further afield, including South Asia, so clients can choose between full UK or US working hours and a lower-cost engineer with an agreed daily overlap.
