Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information Cloud Sensitial collects, why, and what rights you have. Last updated: 12 October 2026.
Who we are
Cloud Sensitial is a remote-first staffing business placing contract cloud and cybersecurity professionals with clients in the UK and US. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can contact us about privacy at any time through the contact form.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email address and the message you send through our contact form.
- Clients: business contact details and the information you give us about roles and projects.
- Candidates: your CV, contact details, work history, skills and right-to-work information you choose to share with us.
- Website use: basic technical information our hosting provider records to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address and browser type.
Why we use it
- To reply to enquiries and arrange calls (our legitimate interest in running the business).
- To match candidates with roles and introduce them to clients (to take steps towards a contract, or with your consent).
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal information and we do not send marketing to candidates or enquirers who have not asked for it.
Who we share it with
- Clients, when you are a candidate and you have agreed to be put forward for a role.
- Service providers who help us run the business: Vercel (website hosting and privacy-friendly visitor statistics), FormSubmit (delivering contact-form messages to us) and our email provider. They may store data outside the UK, including in the US, under appropriate safeguards.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and candidate information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Contact us through the contact form. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
